I founded Career Cafe Coach in 2017 to support and coach you through what is a transitional and challenging period in your life.
I am an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach. I use a combination of coaching and mentoring skills to prepare you for career and job change.
I also work as an Associate Coach offering outplacement and redundancy support.
I am 100% committed to championing you through the changes you want to make to your working life and I offer a non-judgemental, safe space for you to be heard and make real and lasting changes.
I am also a busy mum, living in the Surrey Hills with my husband, 18-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son.
I coach using Zoom or Teams, however if you’re local, face-to-face is always an option.
